• PROCESS:
Once you place an order, we will deliver mold kits with detailed instructions to your address.
You can follow the instructions that come with the mold and then ship them back to our store.
We will check your molds and determine if they can be used for customization.
If the molds cannot be used, we will let you know so you can redo them.

• Sterling Silver 925 is the most affordable option. It does not rust but requires regular cleaning and polishing to prevent tarnishing. 10K gold is the least expensive and most resistant to bending, but it tarnishes more easily than higher karat options. 14K gold offers the best value for budget-conscious consumers. It has medium hardness, a very bright shine, and is durable.

• If you choose silver and colored (yellow, rose) options, they are silver-plated, which will fade back to silver over time. You can have them redipped for $50. Please contact us for more information. Customers are responsible for shipping the mold back to us.

• If you cannot find what you are looking for, you can request a custom order, and we will create what you desire. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

GRILLZCITY hereby disclaims any liability for injuries resulting from the improper use of this product.
Customers are responsible for providing us with a good mold impression. Our grillz are custom made to exactly fit the impressions we receive.

If you chose to cancel your order before sending back your molds, you will be refunded minus the shipping cost and $20 per mold kit set.
If you chose to cancel your order after sending back your mold impressions, there is a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If we have not received good mold impressions within 14 days of your order, there may be additional charges due to any pricing changes that may have occurred since the time of your purchase.

All sales on custom-fitted grillz are final once we begin production. Upon receiving the completed custom grill, you have seven days to notify us of any fitting issues or defects. Adjustments will incur a 70$ fee, which includes another mold kit sent to you with shipping and insurance.

For any adjustments for handset iced out grillz, we charge a $150 fee. Each piece is custom made to order based on the impressions.
If the mold is unsuccessful, we will inform you before proceeding to find a solution. We have provided detailed instructions on making a mold and kindly ask that you read them carefully and be patient during the process.
